Guruji's Mantra Jaap does not yet offer in-app self-service account deletion. Use the form below to send us a deletion request by email — it opens your email app with the details already filled in, so all you need to do is hit send.

Request Account Deletion

This opens your device's email app addressed to support@pretechnoid.com. For verification, please send it from your registered account email address. We process requests within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your profile (name, email, phone number, date of birth)
• Your login credentials and active sessions
• Your synced Jaap progress, bookmarks, and statistics
• Your owned book copies and entitlements

What May Be Retained

Purchase/payment transaction records may be retained as required by applicable tax and financial recordkeeping law, even after your account is deleted.

Local Data

Jaap progress you haven't synced to an account stays only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
