Digital Content Purchases (Android)

Digital Jaap copies purchased within the Android app are billed and fulfilled through Google Play Billing. Refund requests for these purchases are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. You can request a refund directly through Google Play within the applicable refund window.

Cancellations

Digital Jaap copies are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, so there is nothing to "cancel" after purchase. If a purchase was made in error or a copy was not delivered to your account after payment, contact us at the email below and we will investigate.

Failed or Duplicate Charges

If you are charged but do not receive your purchased copies, or are charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us with your Google Play order ID and we will help resolve it, including coordinating a refund through Google Play where appropriate.
